Profiles of Success

Kyle Winebrenner
Cabot, AR
Previous Occupation: Shoe Salesman
Previous Income: $100-$200,000
Current Income: $1,000,000+

Kyle grew up in Indiana and Arkansas, where he eventually went to college at The University of Central Arkansas. Before joining NAA, Kyle worked both as a shoe and insurance salesman. He decided to make a change in his life and join the company on September 12th, 2002, a date he clearly remembers. On that date, Kyle set out into a new career that would bring him over a million dollars a year in income.
When he first joined NAA, the leadership of Andy , Barry and Philip impressed him. He felt that with their faith and guidance, he could become a successful agency manager. "The best part of working with NAA is the relationships I have with them. One of my goals is to do whatever [they] do.
He proved himself as one of NAA?s "Super Doers" by building a solid foundation of leadership upon which he expanded his business. Still, he stays humble and credits the leaders of NAA as the reason for his rise to success: "It was them believing in me and making me feel like I could walk on water." Now, Kyle is focused on helping new agents achieve their best. He encourages them to listen to their upline manager, and listen in on conference calls. Besides that, "work your butt off." The rewards are very worth it.
Kyle now has luxuries he never imagined having in his previous life. Like many other members of NAA, he worked long hours with little pay in his previous jobs. Now, he can finally spend time with his family; he and his wife Beth are the proud parents of three; Hayley, 13, Hunter, 10, and Hayden, 5. He enjoys giving extra attention to his kids and spoiling his wife; "NAA has allowed me to spend time with my kids and it has allowed my wife the privilege of being able to stay home and be a full-time mom." Kyle makes an effort to support his children, often volunteering to coach his sons? baseball team, as well as lending an ear to his daughter?s worries. He?s glad that he has achieved his goal of supporting his entire family, including his mother.
The Winebrenner family enjoy visiting a range of places with their dad, from camping, visiting the many Florida theme parks to beaching on exotic islands. At home, Kyle spends time with his less well-known members of family, which include Pookie the family cockatiel, as well as Shitzus Tommy and Cookie.
Although he has found financial security, Kyle still has goals for the future; "I want to keep doing what I am doing now, only getting bigger and better." He wants to help as many others as he can achieve the same financial freedom he has, as well as help NAA "change the insurance industry." He hopes to achieve complete financial security by 45.
What are his top aspirations? "I want to continue to learn and grow as a person and as a leader." And his final and loftiest goal: "Keep enjoying life." Seeing how far he has come, that should be no problem for him!
